The Kai Race

The kaioshin are a race which almost serve as gods of the Dragon World, or at least as protectors. Many of these grow to be very powerful, but they are generally a peaceful race. Some choose to become masters and teach new ki users their arts, making students and etablishing contact between the races. To become a kai, you must be a dedicated roleplayer, and make a very informative biography. And please, no one line RPs! Only I can accept new Kai bios.

Starting Powerlevel: 200

Racial Trait: Kaio Blessing- The user can give any amount of his own ki or stamina to another fighter in the topic, be it an opponent or an ally.
Reverse Blessing- The user takes 10% of their opponents away and raises there ki by the amount taken away from the opponent.
Both - Kaio -can only give up to 50% of their total p, Reverse - 5%l
