Changling Race

The members of this race we see are shown to be galactic overlords, collectively running a group known as the World Trade Organization. They would hire and then enslave many other species (most notable the Saiyans) to eradicate a planet's populous, and then they would sell the planet to the highest bidder. These are a horribly cruel race, led by King Cold and his two sons Cooler and Frieza.

Racial Trait: Arrogance- Changlings have the ability to copy any technique they see, using it in the fight for the same ammount it deals damage as, they keep the technique forever.
Anger - Changlings can transfer their stats into health as they get angry, this only lasts three posts, and will be reversed once its done.
Both - Copy technique, but takes twice as much ki to use as it will deal damage, and transfer lasts 2 posts

Final Form 100%: Your muscles swell extremely large.
