Birthplaces-MUST READ FOR ALL CREATING CHARACTERS

Any cannon Saiyan that started on planet Vegeta MUST start there. With that being said the ONLY way for a saiyan to start on another planet than Vegeta is for them to have been sent on a mission there, that they are trying to complete in character, or that they were sent there at birth. If they were sent there at birth then they start with the whole 350 stats because those are the rules. We will NOT and I do repeat WILL NOT have more than three saiyans living at a time that can start off of planet Vegeta. This rule goes for everyone that is not cannon. We will not be full of wanna be badass rouges that run around the universe willy nillie while planet Vegeta is in tact because it is well known that insubordination meant you were hunted down and killed. I also say this with the utmost love and respect to everyone, but there is now ay in hell you can be younger than 100 and have super saiyan. For one no one's pl can be that high unless you are a trunks (half human half saiyan) and to be honest those are not possible yet unless they are Cannon. The super saiyan rules will soon be posted and while LSS are allowed to have it at start they will have to follow the given rules on age as well as anyone else. Seeing as most LSS are shunned and there will only be two at a time and the custom and cannon can decide where they start as long as it is not idiotic and far fetched like planet Frieza.
